Twenty Fifteen

We welcomed in the new year this morning with (what else?) pad thai.

We spent much of the day saying our goodbyes to the people (who were mostly sleeping off the night before) and hellos to friends and family at home via Skype.

Our final evening meal on the island we took at Fresh restaurant, where we arrived on our first day. Their spring rolls have not been beaten in our experience, and so we ordered a plateful.

Best spring rolls. Ever.

Pineapple fried rice, served in an entire hollowed-out fruit, and vegetables and tofu prepared Chinese style in a sweet soy sauce gave us a complete meal and a fitting end to our time in Thailand.
